I have more than five years’ experience maintaining personal, business, and "mommy" blogs including “What to Expect when You’re Expecting. I sustained a weight loss blog outlining personal experiences of my own journey. I have written numerous research and white papers on various topics and enjoy the challenge of writing outside my current knowledge base. Much of my writing comes from personal experience with my family, faith and food (including allergy specific foods). I am also passionate about fitness, weight loss, and the pursuit of a balanced and well-lived life.
